Custom Orders
All products are custom-made to order based on your submitted artwork and approved digital proof. By placing an order you confirm that you have the right to use any artwork, logos, or designs you submit, and that they do not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
Proof Approval
A free digital proof will be provided within 24 hours of your order. Production begins only after you approve your proof. Please review your proof carefully — we are not responsible for errors in the final product that were present and approved in the digital proof.
Returns & Refunds
Because every order is custom-made to your approved specifications, we do not accept returns for change of mind. If your order arrives with a production defect or an error on our part, we will remake or refund your order at no charge. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order if there is an issue.
Turnaround Times
Standard production is 3–5 business days from proof approval. Rush orders (1–2 business days) are available for an additional fee. Turnaround times are estimates and do not include shipping transit time. We are not responsible for carrier delays.
Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of any artwork you submit. By submitting artwork you grant Etched in Ashes a limited license to use it for the purpose of producing your order. We may photograph completed orders for portfolio and marketing purposes; if you prefer your order not be photographed please let us know at the time of ordering.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of your order. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
